garlic butter clams w/linguini

This recipe is soo simple & delicious.... I tend to forget to make it...

Ingredients

  • 2 cans drained, chopped clams
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 8 ounces linguini
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make garlic butter clams w/linguini

  • Step 1
    boil linguini(according to package)
  • Step 2
    in a pot, melt the butter with the olive oil, add garlic & white wine, add the 2 cans semi-drained chopped clams.
  • Step 3
    sprinkle the black pepper/parsley, serve over linguini
