garden pasta
I did not want to go to the store today but I wanted pasta for lunch. I decided to make a pasta dish with what I had at home. I picked some tomatoes from my garden this morning and I have a lot of basil. So,that was a great start. I wanted a simple, but tasty dish so I checked the refrigerator and pantry to come up with the rest of the ingredients, this is what I came up with and I was very happy with the results. I didn't measure anything,I was looking for a flavorful dish and seasoned accordingly.Heavy on the garlic, hint of anchovy and lot's of basil & cheese.
