- your favorite pasta, i.e. rotini, shells, ziti
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c
- frozen mixed vegetables, or fresh veggies
- sliced rotisserie chicken
Cook pasta according to directions on package. While pasta cooks, cook frozen veggies according to package directions. If using fresh veggies, such as carrots or broccoli or string beans, cut into small pieces and parboil them. When veggies and pasta are done, heat soup according to directions on can. Drain pasta and veggies. Plate pasta, add veggies and cut up chicken on top. Pour soup over mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For a vegetarian option, omit chicken.
