This is a different twist to an open face taco , using fried spaghetti for the base. I love this recipe and its very filling !

    cooked taco meat

    shredded cheddar cheese
  • ·
  • ·
    chopped tomatoes
  • ·
    chopped onions
  • ·
    sliced black olives
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    hot sauce / salsa

How to Make Fried Spaghetti


  1. Fry cooked spaghetti in 2 Tbs. oil in a medium hot skillet until browned on both sides.
  2. Place on your dinner plate and top with taco fixings of your choice.
  3. NOTE :Once I've got it all put together I like to cut it all up together , and mix it all up before I eat it.
