Ingredients
- 3 pounds tomatoes
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 5/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 pound penne, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make fresh tomato pasta toss

Step 1In a saucepan, bring water to a boil; dip tomatoes in water.

Step 2Peel skins and discard.

Step 3Chop pulp; set aside.

Step 4In a skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil.

Step 5Add tomato pulp, parsley ,basil, oregano, salt, sugar and pepper; mix well.

Step 6Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

Step 7Add cream.

Step 8Heat through.

Step 9Pour over hot pasta and toss to coat.

Step 10Sprinkle with cheese.
