four cheese sauce

I am dieting, really, but I am going to try this recipe, it is too good not to try!! If I gain weight, I will put out an APB on all fatty goblins that make people fat. I love any type pasta, and I think this would be so great with angel hair pasta, my opinion only. Try this, I am.

Ingredients
- 2 cup - heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup - butter
- 1/2 cup - grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup - shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup - shredded provolone
- 1/2 cup - grated ramano
How To Make four cheese sauce

Step 1In medium saucepan, combine whipping cream and butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter melts.

Step 2Gradually stir in grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella, provolone and ramano cheeses.

Step 3Reduce heat to low and continue to stir just until cheeses are melted. Serve immediately, sauce will thicken upon standing. Season with your choice.

Step 4Four chse sauce is great with gnocchi, fettuccini, angel hair, or your favorite. Garlicky french bread and a crispy salad would go very well. Very rich sauce!!!
