How to Make four cheese sauce
- In medium saucepan, combine whipping cream and butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter melts.
- Gradually stir in grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella, provolone and ramano cheeses.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to stir just until cheeses are melted. Serve immediately, sauce will thicken upon standing. Season with your choice.
- Four chse sauce is great with gnocchi, fettuccini, angel hair, or your favorite. Garlicky french bread and a crispy salad would go very well. Very rich sauce!!!
