Ingredients
- 6 ounces penne or other tube pasta
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 can chunky pasta style sauce, 14 1/2 ounces
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 package cream cheese, 3 ounces
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make four cheese, pasta and beef

Step 1Cook pasta as package directs; drain.

Step 2In skillet brown meat.

Step 3Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened.

Step 5Stir in onions and cream cheese.

Step 6Toss with remaining ingredients.

Step 7Cover 2 minutes to melt cheeses.
