Ingredients

  • 6 ounces penne or other tube pasta
  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 1 can chunky pasta style sauce, 14 1/2 ounces
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 package cream cheese, 3 ounces
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make four cheese, pasta and beef

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as package directs; drain.
  • Step 2
    In skillet brown meat.
  • Step 3
    Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
    Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened.
  • Step 5
    Stir in onions and cream cheese.
  • Step 6
    Toss with remaining ingredients.
  • Step 7
    Cover 2 minutes to melt cheeses.
