    italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 c
    cheese of choice |(low fat)
  • 1
    well beaten egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    mrs dash
  • 3 Tbsp
    skim milk
  • 1 c
    whole wheat flour
