- 1 - a batch of whole wheat lasagna noodles (recipe follows)
- 1 - small yellow squash diced
- 1 - small zucchini diced
- 1 - small green peper diced
- 1 - baby portebello mushrooms halved
- 3 - cloves of garlic minched
- 4 - on the vine tomatos diced
- 1 cup tomato paste, no salt added
- 1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
- 2 tablespoons mrs. dash
- 3 packages splenda
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 cups cheese of choice |(low fat)
- WHOLE WHEAT LASAGNA NOODLES
- 1 - well beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs dash
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
