How to Make Five-Cheese Lasagna

Step-by-Step

  1. put a little sauce in the bottom of the pan, then layer. Noodles, Sauce, Cheese, repeat
  2. i usually get 3 layers in a 9X13 pan
  3. i'll usually bake it at 350 for an hour. covered with foil the first 45, then uncovered til it's done. the way i like to check for doneness is to look around the edges for the sauce to be bubbling up. that's a good indication that the middle's gotten all gooey-yummy
