Ingredients

1 large container of ricotta cheese
1/2 - onion chopped
2 - eggs
1 large ball of mozerella cheese, grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 package frozen spinach drained well

How To Make filling for lasagna or pasta shells

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Reserve enough mozzarella to cover dish with.

Step 2

Use for layering with lasagna noodles and sauce or filling pasta shells and cover with sauce and grated mozzarella cheese
