Ingredients
- 350 grams all purpose flour
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 package spinach
- 125 grams semilina
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make fideos verdes / green noodles

Step 1Mix all the ingredients and knead. Leave rest around 15 minuts.

Step 2To stretch to the desired thickness. If you have a pasta machine, cut whit it, but if you don't, you can cut the nuddles with a knife.

Step 3The best idea is leave the noddle dry hanging for an hour at least.

Step 4Boil water with a tablespoon of oil and salt. Boil noddle during 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5Because these are green noddle, you can serve them with olive oil or your favorite salsa. Enjoy them!!!
