Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettucini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 ounces black olives, chopped
- 3 ounces pimento stuffed green olives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make fettucini with olive sauce

Step 1Prepare fettucini according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in 2 quart saucepan. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in both olives, parsley, oregano, red pepper and water. Over high heat, cook until almost boiling, stirring once or twice. Stir olive mixture into drained fettucini, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
