Ingredients For fettucine pie

3/4 lbground beef

1/2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 tspgarlic powder

"just a pinch" of pepper

"just a pinch" of salt

parsley
-
1 tsporegano
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted

16 ozcrushed tomatoes

3eggs
-
1onion, finely chopped
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

4 ozfettuccine pasta
How To Make fettucine pie

1Let stand 5 minutes.

2Turn out on round platter.

3Brown meat and onion in skillet.

4Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.

5Bring to boil.

6Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.

7Remove from heat and add mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan.

8Let stand 9-12 minutes.

9Meanwhile, cook fettucine.

10Beat eggs and stir in remaining parmesan, butter, parsley and garlic powder.

11Stir into hot noodles.

12Spoon onto tomato mixture.

13Cover and cook over low heat, 15 minutes or until set.
