Ingredients
- 1 pound fettucine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons sweet butter
- pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup smoked salmon, julienne cut
How To Make fettucine monte carlo

Step 1Cook the fettucine in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes or until it is al dente.

Step 2While the fettucine is cooking, heat the cream,butter,nutmeg,salt and pepper in a large pan over low heat. Whisk the mixture constantly for 1 min. Add the parsley.

Step 3Drain the noodles and add them to the sauce in the pan. Sprinkle with the grated cheese,add the smoked salmon and toss quickly to coat all the noodles.

Step 4Serve Immediately with additional grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
