Ingredients

  • 1 pound fettucine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons sweet butter
  • pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup smoked salmon, julienne cut

How To Make fettucine monte carlo

  • Step 1
    Cook the fettucine in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes or until it is al dente.
  • Step 2
    While the fettucine is cooking, heat the cream,butter,nutmeg,salt and pepper in a large pan over low heat. Whisk the mixture constantly for 1 min. Add the parsley.
  • Step 3
    Drain the noodles and add them to the sauce in the pan. Sprinkle with the grated cheese,add the smoked salmon and toss quickly to coat all the noodles.
  • Step 4
    Serve Immediately with additional grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
