Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6.5 ounces tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
  • 3 cups red lettuce, leaves

How To Make fettuccine with tuna sauce

  • Step 1
    In a medium skillet, over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic in the butter for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the tuna and pepper; cook and stir for an additional 2 minutes more.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, toss the hot fettuccine with the tuna sauce and lettuce until well mixed.
