Ingredients
- 4 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 chicken sausage links, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano
- 3 ounces spinach leaves
- salt and pepper
How To Make fettuccine with spinach, mushrooms and sausage

Step 1Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

Step 2Place the olive oil and butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the sausage and cook until lightly browned

Step 3Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes. Add the spinach and allow it to wilt. Add the pasta, Parmigiano, and reserved pasta water. Mix well.

Step 4Taste and add salt and pepper.
