Ingredients

  • 1 pound fettucine
  • 8 ounces sun dried tomatoes, cut into slivers with oil reserved
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, reserved from tomatoes
  • 1 cup black olives, halved
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel, grated
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make fettuccine with sauce mediterranee

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except pasta. Toss sauce with pasta and serve at once.
  • Step 2
    SUBSTITUTIONS: May use Swiss or Jack cheese in place of mozzarella.
