This is a quick and easy dinner to make and it tastes so good, we love it in our house. My Mom would make this recipe when me and brother were growing up, if she was in a hurry, and we got our protein too! Mom would always serve this with a nice salad.

Ingredients For fettuccine with ricotta cheese

1 lbfettuccine

1/4 lbmelted butter
-
1 lbricotta cheese (light or regualr)

1 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1 cgrated parmesan or romano cheese

salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make fettuccine with ricotta cheese

1Cook spaghetti as directed on package, drain.

2Put back in warm pot.

3Add melted butter.

4Mix ricotta until smooth with a tbsp. or two of milk.

5Pour over hot spaghetti.

6Transfer to a platter

7Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.

8Serve right away with a nice salad.
