Fettuccine with Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients

1 lbfettuccine
-
1/4 lbmelted butter
-
1 lbricotta cheese (light or regualr)
-
1 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1 cgrated parmesan or romano cheese
-
·salt and pepper to taste.
How to Make Fettuccine with Ricotta Cheese
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, drain.
- Put back in warm pot.
- Add melted butter.
- Mix ricotta until smooth with a tbsp. or two of milk.
- Pour over hot spaghetti.
- Transfer to a platter
- Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
- Serve right away with a nice salad.
