fettuccine with ricotta cheese
This is a quick and easy dinner to make and it tastes so good, we love it in our house. My Mom would make this recipe when me and brother were growing up, if she was in a hurry, and we got our protein too! Mom would always serve this with a nice salad.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1/4 pound melted butter
- 1 pound ricotta cheese (light or regualr)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make fettuccine with ricotta cheese

Step 1Cook spaghetti as directed on package, drain.

Step 2Put back in warm pot.

Step 3Add melted butter.

Step 4Mix ricotta until smooth with a tbsp. or two of milk.

Step 5Pour over hot spaghetti.

Step 6Transfer to a platter

Step 7Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.

Step 8Serve right away with a nice salad.
