Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cubed ham
  • 3 leeks, cleaned and chopped
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

How To Make fettuccine with ham, leeks, and spinach

  • Step 1
    Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Add butter to a saute pan. Add the leeks and ham. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the spinach leaves and let wilt.
  • Step 4
    Pour in the heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 5
    Add the fettuccine. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve with more Parmesan.
