12 ozfettuccine pasta

4 Tbspbutter

1 ccubed ham

3leeks, cleaned and chopped

3 cfresh spinach

1 1/2 cheavy cream

salt and pepper

1/3 cshredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
How To Make fettuccine with ham, leeks, and spinach

1Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water. Drain.

2Add butter to a saute pan. Add the leeks and ham. Cook for 3 minutes.

3Add the spinach leaves and let wilt.

4Pour in the heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.

5Add the fettuccine. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve with more Parmesan.
