Ingredients For fettuccine with ham, leeks, and spinach

  • 12 oz
    fettuccine pasta
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    cubed ham
  • 3
    leeks, cleaned and chopped
  • 3 c
    fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

How To Make fettuccine with ham, leeks, and spinach

    Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water. Drain.

    Add butter to a saute pan. Add the leeks and ham. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Add the spinach leaves and let wilt.

    Pour in the heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.

    Add the fettuccine. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve with more Parmesan.
