Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cubed ham
- 3 leeks, cleaned and chopped
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
How To Make fettuccine with ham, leeks, and spinach

Step 1Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water. Drain.

Step 2Add butter to a saute pan. Add the leeks and ham. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3Add the spinach leaves and let wilt.

Step 4Pour in the heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.

Step 5Add the fettuccine. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve with more Parmesan.
