1In large pot cook pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside.
2In medium non-stick skillet add 1/4 cup water bring to boil. add carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, pepper, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes til vegetables are just softened add snow peas, scallion, ginger and garlic, cook uncovered for 2 minutes until snow peas are softened.
3In small whisk together soy sauce, honey, juice and 4 tbsp water and pour over vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese and sesame seeds.
