Now that our farmers market will be open and selling a great assortment of vegetables it is time to make this pasta and vegetable combination.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 1/4 cups thin sliced small carrots
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups thin sliced button or cremeni mushrooms
- 1 cup snow peas cut in half
- 1/2 cup minced scallions
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juicve
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 cup grated asiago or parmeson cheese
- 2 tablespoons fine chopped cilantro
How To Make fettuccine and vegetable combo

Step 1In large pot cook pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside.

Step 2In medium non-stick skillet add 1/4 cup water bring to boil. add carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, pepper, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes til vegetables are just softened add snow peas, scallion, ginger and garlic, cook uncovered for 2 minutes until snow peas are softened.

Step 3In small whisk together soy sauce, honey, juice and 4 tbsp water and pour over vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese and sesame seeds.
