Ingredients
- 2 heads garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 pound calamari body, cut into slices
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- salt and pepper
How To Make fettuccine and calamari garlic alfredo

Step 1Start to cook the fettuccine in a pot of heavily salted boiling water.

Step 2In another saucepan, add the butter and oil, and add the garlic, cooking until the garlic is browned. Be careful not to burn.

Step 3Add the calamari and cook until the calamari start to curl.

Step 4Drain the fettuccine and add the pasta back to the pan.

Step 5Add the garlic calamari mixture. Set aside.

Step 6Add the other 2 tablespoons of butter to the saucepan and then add the heavy cream, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.

Step 7Then pour over the fettuccine and mix well. Place on a plate and add more Parmesan cheese if desired.
