This is the best recipe I have ever had for Fettuccine Alfredo. When my husband and I go to Italian places to eat; I still like mine better. :)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package fettuccine (uncooked)
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (use fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • - garlic powder to taste
  • - sundried tomatoes (as many as you like cut up)

How To Make fettuccine alfredo

  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta according to the directions; drain. Place in a warm serving dish. You may want to add a little olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking.
  • Step 2
    Cook margarine, whipping cream, parmesan cheese and parsley in a separate pan. Add seasonings. Toss in the pasta and make sure it is well coated. You can add sundried tomatoes for some color and wonderful taste. Enjoy!
