This is the best recipe I have ever had for Fettuccine Alfredo. When my husband and I go to Italian places to eat; I still like mine better. :)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg
    fettuccine (uncooked)
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese (use fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • ·
    garlic powder to taste
  • ·
    sundried tomatoes (as many as you like cut up)

How to Make Fettuccine Alfredo

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions; drain. Place in a warm serving dish. You may want to add a little olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking.
  2. Cook margarine, whipping cream, parmesan cheese and parsley in a separate pan. Add seasonings. Toss in the pasta and make sure it is well coated. You can add sundried tomatoes for some color and wonderful taste. Enjoy!
