Ingredients
- 1 bag (24 oz) ravioli, whatever type you prefer (i like beef)
- 1 can progresso tomato-basil soup
- 1 package (8 oz.) fresh mozzarella pearls
- handful of fresh basil
- oven proof plates or bowls
How To Make fast and super easy italian ravioli

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Step 2Pour soup in pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook over medium-low heat and let it reduce while you prepare everything else.

Step 3Boil a seperate pot of water for ravioli.

Step 4Cook Ravioli according to package directions and drain well.

Step 5Plate ravioli on oven proof plates or bowls. Ladle soup over the top.

Step 6Dot with fresh mozzarella pearls. Place in oven just until the pearls melt.

Step 7Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.

Step 8Serve with a crisp salad and crusty bread, and definitely a good red wine!
