This pasta dish is so cheesy with blue cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound farfalle pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make farfalle broccoli with blue cheese sauce

  • Step 1
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta, boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli to the pasta, stir and cook for another 1 minute. Drain pasta and broccoli.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, cook garlic until fragrant, add heavy whipping cream and blue cheese. Stir until cheese is melted slowly. Add salt and pepper. Pour blue cheese sauce over pasta, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
