- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta, boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli to the pasta, stir and cook for another 1 minute. Drain pasta and broccoli.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, cook garlic until fragrant, add heavy whipping cream and blue cheese. Stir until cheese is melted slowly. Add salt and pepper. Pour blue cheese sauce over pasta, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
