Fancy-dancy Over the top Spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

2 lbground beef or italian sausage or a mixture of both

1 mediumonion, chopped

1 mediumbell pepper
-
2 can(s)tomato sauce, 15-1/2 ounce size

2 can(s)tomato paste, 12 ounce size
-
1 can(s)black olives, chopped, 7-1/2 ounce size (you can also use sliced olives if you desire)

2 pkgspaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms

3 cwater
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1 tsporegano
-
2 clovegarlic, chopped
-
1bay leaf
-
1 lbpasta of your choice
How to Make Fancy-dancy Over the top Spaghetti sauce
- Cook meat, drain fat. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1-1/2 hours. While the sauce is simmering you can cook the pasta you choose to serve with this sauce.
- Drain spaghetti and serve with sauce, top with cheese and serve with garlic toast. This is better the next day, if there is enough left.
