I make this delicious pasta when pressed for time and it's always devoured! Sometimes I add browned chicken for a more substantial meal. Can be served as a side. Hope you try it sometime!

Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 cup fresh shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese
- Dried - parsley for garnish
- Salt - and pepper to taste
How To Make ~ ez cheezee pasta ~

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and keep warm if finished before sauce. In a medium saucepan over med heat, melt butter and stir in garlic. Cook and stir until garlic is soft. Add flour and cook for a minute. Stirring constantly. Whisk in milk and cream. Stir in seasonings. Once sauce begins to thicken, stir in cheeses. Heat through until cheeses are melted. Salt and pepper and add more milk if needed to thin.

Step 2Pour sauce over drained, hot pasta. Toss to coat. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
