uncooked large pasta shells
1 lb
lean ground beef
1 can(s)
(10oz) enchilda sauce, mild
1/2 tsp
dried onion, minced
1/4 tsp
dried basil
1/4 tsp
dried oregano
1/4 tsp
ground cumin
1 can(s)
(15oz) fat-free refried beans
1 c
shredded mexican cheese blend

How to Make Enchilada Stuffed Shells

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and rinse in cold water. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil, set aside.
  • 2Cook hamburger until browned; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, seasonings and beans.
  • 3Place a rounded tablespoon of mixture in each pasta shell, then place in a 13x9 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
