Ingredients
- 20 - uncooked large pasta shells
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can (10oz) enchilda sauce, mild
- 1/2 teaspoon dried onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can (15oz) fat-free refried beans
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
How To Make enchilada stuffed shells

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and rinse in cold water. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil, set aside.

Step 2Cook hamburger until browned; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, seasonings and beans.

Step 3Place a rounded tablespoon of mixture in each pasta shell, then place in a 13x9 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
