Enchilada Stuffed Shells

20uncooked large pasta shells
1 lblean ground beef
1 can(s)(10oz) enchilda sauce, mild
1/2 tspdried onion, minced
1/4 tspdried basil
1/4 tspdried oregano
1/4 tspground cumin
1 can(s)(15oz) fat-free refried beans
1 cshredded mexican cheese blend
How to Make Enchilada Stuffed Shells
- Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and rinse in cold water. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil, set aside.
- Cook hamburger until browned; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, seasonings and beans.
- Place a rounded tablespoon of mixture in each pasta shell, then place in a 13x9 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
