- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 28 ounces can red enchilada sauce
- 8 ounces small shell pasta
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- 3 - green onions chopped
How To Make enchilada pasta

Step 1Place ground beef, garlic and taco seasoning in a large pot.Cook until beef is browned. Add the chicken stock and enchilada sauce.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until pasta is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and garnish with green onions.
