Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 small bell pepper any color
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 package shredded 4 cheese mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
How To Make enchilada lasagna

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 Pour the enchilada sauce into a shallow bowl and set aside. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and also set aside.

Step 2Brown the ground beef with the onions, bell pepper, and garlic.

Step 3Drain the meat and return to pan. Add taco seasoning (follow package directions for taco seasoning mix) Add Cream Cheese and refried beans and heat until cream cheese is melted

Step 4dip 2 of the tortillas in the enchilada sauce and shake off excess. Place in the bottom of the pan.

Step 5Pour half of the meat/refried bean mixture on top followed by 1/3 of the mexican cheese blend.

Step 6Repeat step 5 ending with 2 flour tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce on top with the rest of the mexican cheese blend and the mozzarella cheese

Step 7Heat in oven uncovered for 20-25 mins or until heated through and cheese is melted
