Ingredients

16 oz
rotini pasta
12 oz
center cut bacon
2 large
eggs

How to Make Eggs and Bacon Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil pasta according to directions on package. Drain when done.
  • 2While the pasta is boiling, slice up the bacon in 1 inch pieces. Make sure to use center cut bacon, as it has less fat. If you use regular bacon you have to drain about 1/2 of the grease before proceeding with the next step.
  • 3Combine pasta, bacon and grease in the pasta pot. Keep on low to low-medium heat.
  • 4Add eggs to pot and stir. Continue stirring until eggs set. Make sure to not overcook the eggs, as it will dry out the dish.
  • 5ENJOY!!!!
