Ingredients
- 16 ounces rotini pasta
- 12 ounces center cut bacon
- 2 large eggs
How To Make eggs and bacon spaghetti

Step 1Boil pasta according to directions on package. Drain when done.

Step 2While the pasta is boiling, slice up the bacon in 1 inch pieces. Make sure to use center cut bacon, as it has less fat. If you use regular bacon you have to drain about 1/2 of the grease before proceeding with the next step.

Step 3Combine pasta, bacon and grease in the pasta pot. Keep on low to low-medium heat.

Step 4Add eggs to pot and stir. Continue stirring until eggs set. Make sure to not overcook the eggs, as it will dry out the dish.
