Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 12 ounces center cut bacon
  • 2 large eggs

How To Make eggs and bacon spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Boil pasta according to directions on package. Drain when done.
  • Step 2
    While the pasta is boiling, slice up the bacon in 1 inch pieces. Make sure to use center cut bacon, as it has less fat. If you use regular bacon you have to drain about 1/2 of the grease before proceeding with the next step.
  • Step 3
    Combine pasta, bacon and grease in the pasta pot. Keep on low to low-medium heat.
  • Step 4
    Add eggs to pot and stir. Continue stirring until eggs set. Make sure to not overcook the eggs, as it will dry out the dish.
  • Step 5
