Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3/4 cup butter, divided
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 package chicken gravy mix or jar (or homemade)
- parsley, for garnish, optional
How To Make egg noodle poutine

Step 1Cook the noodles in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter in a small saucepan. Add the breadcrumbs and cook until browned; set aside.

Step 2Drain the noodles and add the remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the gravy according to package directions.

Step 3Place the noodles on a plate. Ladle gravy over top and top with breadcrumbs. Add some parsley for garnish, if desired.
