egg noodle lasagna with aged white cheddar cheese
Wanted lasagna but didn't have any noodles or mozzarella cheese so I came up with this

Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 ounces aged white cheddar cheese shredded
- fresh basil for garnish
How To Make egg noodle lasagna with aged white cheddar cheese

Step 1Cook the noodles in salted boiling water. While they are cooking place the ricotta in a bowl and add the egg, parmesan cheese, and parsley Mix well.

Step 2Add a little oil in a saucepan add the onion, and garlic. Saute 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Add the spaghetti sauce and cook until warm through.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a square baking pan. Mix the noodles with the ricotta mixture. Place the noodles in the baking pan.

Step 4Sprinkle with half the cheese. Spoon the sauce over top and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 5To serve cut 4 equal portions and place one on a plate. Take a second serving on top. Garnish with basil
