  • 3 can(s)
    tuna, packed in water
  • 1 pkg
    noodles, cooked (at least one pound) wagon wheels are great for this!
  • 1 large
    cream of mushroom soup (family size)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 2 can(s)
    mushroom pieces
  • 4-5 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large
    bag of frozen mixed vegetables-family size

How to Make Easy Tuna Casserole


  1. Open all cans. Drain tuna. Mix all ingredients well, except cheese.
  2. Lightly spray sides of large casserole dish. Add half of the mixture to the dish, add 1-2 cups cheese. Top with remaining mixture and cheese. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and cook long enough to brown the cheese on top. Serve and enjoy!
