Ingredients
- 3 cans tuna, packed in water
- 1 package noodles, cooked (at least one pound) wagon wheels are great for this!
- 1 large cream of mushroom soup (family size)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans mushroom pieces
- 4-5 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables-family size
How To Make easy tuna casserole

Step 1Open all cans. Drain tuna. Mix all ingredients well, except cheese.

Step 2Lightly spray sides of large casserole dish. Add half of the mixture to the dish, add 1-2 cups cheese. Top with remaining mixture and cheese. Cover with foil.

Step 3Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and cook long enough to brown the cheese on top. Serve and enjoy!
