This past year has been very hard on me and my family with me fighting cancer. It also make it difficult to come up with a simple and easy dinner some times. While I was in the hospital my husband went grocery shopping and while wondering what to make for dinner tonight. I found these Onion Pireogies in the freezer and thought that might make a meal for the two of us. Thought I'd add some little zest to the dish and added my favorite Salsa. This one pound box made a meal of 6 large pireogies for the both of us. Would make a great appetizer when guest pop in for dinner.
