My Sister in law taught this dish to me when I was about 9 and I have been making it ever since. My sister in law must have gotten this out of magazine or off the can of soup, this is a Campbell's soup recipe as I discovered not to long ago I was reading a Campbell's cook book that I collected to add to my set and there it was in black and white right in front of me a few things are different but its the same dish.

How to Make easy stroganoff


  • 1prepare egg noodles according to package
  • 2brown ground beef adding chopped onions halfway thru cooking.
  • 3when beef is completely browned drain off excess fat, add in soup and sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. stir until well mixed.
  • 4heat soup meat mixture until bubbly.
  • 5Add in cooked egg noddles and mix together. season with salt pepper and papireka and serve.
