Ingredients For easy shrimp linguine

1 lblarge shrimp, peeled and deviened

12 ozlinguine pasta

salt and pepper

1 ptcherry tomatoes halved

2 ozolive oil

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 mdshallot, chopped

2anchovies, chopped

1/2 cwhite wine

1 1/2 cchicken or seafood broth

2 Tbspchopped fresh basil

black truffle oil, for serving
How To Make easy shrimp linguine

1Place the linguine in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes.

2Make the sauce. Place the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic and shallots and cook for 1 minute. Add the anchovies and let dissolve.

3Add the wine and bring to a boil. Add the chicken stock and let reduce for 5 minutes.

4Add the shrimp and cherry tomatoes to the sauce and cook until the tomatoes start to burst.

5Stir in the linguine and 1 cup pasta sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.

6Top the dish with basil and a drizzle of truffle oil.
