Ingredients
- 9 ounces ramen packets (3 packets)
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florettes
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 medium bell pepper, red or any color, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh (or less if using ground)
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 - green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- SAUCE
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 3 tablespoons asian sweet chile sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 teaspoons asian hot sauce (like sriracha) to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy ramen stir-fry

Step 1Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, but no longer than 2 minutes. Drain, drizzle with sesame oil, set aside

Step 2Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 3Heat a large wok over medium high heat. Add ground beef (or other protein) and onions. Cook until the beef is almost cooked through. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, garlic and ginger and cook an additional 2 minutes.

Step 4Stir in the sauce and bring to a simmer for about 1 minute, until thickened. Add the ramen and toss until evenly coated, about one minute. Noodles should be al dente.

Step 5Season to taste with additional hot sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped green onions to serve.
