2 lb
ground beef
1 large
chopped onion
1 clove
minced garlic
1 tsp
italian dressing
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 large
26 oz spaghetti sauce
16 oz
rotini pasta..(cooked and drained)
5 c
shredded mozzeralla cheese
8 oz
sliced pepperoni (optional)

How to Make Easy Pizza Pasta Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Add Onion, garlic and seasoning in oil and add ground beef back to mixture..can alter recipe and use Italian Sausage as well
  • 2Cook pasta according to box directions and then add to ground beef mixture in skillet adding Spaghetti Sauce and 3 cups of Mozzarella Cheese.
  • 3Divide mixture in to 2 greased 9x13 pans. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella top w/pepperoni (optional)
  • 4Bake uncovered 350 degrees, 25 0 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is golden brown.
