Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup cottage cheese, creamed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 cup zucchini, coarsely shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make easy lasagna

Step 1Cook beef and onion.

Step 2Drain, add spaghetti sauce, parsley and oregano.

Step 3Bring to boil, stirring, and keep warm over low heat.

Step 4Mix remaining ingredients except zucchini and mozzarella.

Step 5Beat 20 strokes.

Step 6Spread half of dough in ungreased 19 x 9 pan.

Step 7Sprinkle half of zucchini and half of meat over dough.

Step 8Top with half of mozzarella.

Step 9Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls.

Step 10Repeat with remaining zucchini, meat and cheese.

Step 11Bake until dark golden brown at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 12Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
