I found this awhile back, but only got to try it a few days ago. This recipe makes a lot because I cook for 4 big eaters & leftovers are always good. We were all pleased with how it turned out.

2 lb
spaghetti, cooked & drained
3 lb
hamburger meat
2 can(s)
(15 oz.) crushed tomatoes
2 can(s)
(8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp
minced garlic (i use jarred kind)
1 small
onion, diced fine
1 large
green pepper, seeded & chopped
2 can(s)
(small) sliced muchrooms, drained
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
dried rosemary
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
soul seasoning
1 pkg
(8 oz.) cream cheese
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Creamy Spaghetti


  • 1Brown hamburger with mushrooms, onions, green pepper, minced garlic, salt & pepper. Drain.
  • 2Add crushed tomatoes, sauce & dry seasonings.
  • 3Simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • 4Before serving add cubed cream cheese and stir till melted.
