I found this awhile back, but only got to try it a few days ago. This recipe makes a lot because I cook for 4 big eaters & leftovers are always good. We were all pleased with how it turned out.

  • 2 lb
    spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • 3 lb
    hamburger meat
  • 2 can(s)
    (15 oz.) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 can(s)
    (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic (i use jarred kind)
  • 1 small
    onion, diced fine
  • 1 large
    green pepper, seeded & chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    (small) sliced muchrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    soul seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Creamy Spaghetti

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger with mushrooms, onions, green pepper, minced garlic, salt & pepper. Drain.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, sauce & dry seasonings.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 hours.
  4. Before serving add cubed cream cheese and stir till melted.
