My son may or may not have gotten my intense love for Mac and Cheese. To be fair it's only one of the best things ever.. It is very rare that we don't have a full supply of the blue box blues in our house at all times - generally shaped because my husband swears they taste better than the regular macaroni noodles. However for the times we don't this is the super fast, easy and SOOOO delicious recipe I use to stomp their cravings!! Enjoy :)

yield 4 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shaped pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup fat free or low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 box of velveeta cheese. (unless its the small box then use half)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (or a couple dashes of hot sauce if you don't have any)

How To Make easy creamy mac and cheesy

  • Step 1
Boil the noodles until they are aldente and drain.
  • Step 2
Add them back to the pot and throw in butter milk and Velveeta.
  • Step 3
Once that has mostly melted throw in the cheddar cheese salt and pepper and wait till it is creamy and bubbly. If its too thick just add a little but of milk - to thin just add some more cheese. Serve and Enjoy. Super simple and super delicious and the whole family loves it!
