Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12-16 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional as garnish)
How To Make easy chili spaghetti

Step 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain until ready to serve.

Step 2Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet until almost cooked through; drain grease, if necessary.

Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti. Bring to a simmer, then cover. Cook until meat is cooked through and the onions are tender (about 10 minutes).

Step 4Serve the chili over the spaghetti. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
