Very quick and easy for week night meal. Not to mention hearty. Really delicious with bread sticks and side salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound italian sausage
  • 15 ounces marinara sauce
  • 3 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 14 1/2 ounces can diced tomatoes with italian seasonings
  • 11 ounces package of frozen cheese stuffed ravioli
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make easy cheesy ravioli

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375°. Cook beef and sausage in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, Separating The meat until browned. Drain the grease.
  • Step 2
    Stir marinara sauce, mushrooms, and canned tomatoes into the beef mixture. Pour half of the sauce mixture into an ungreased baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2“. Arrange ravioli in the sauce. Pour remaining sauce mixture over the ravioli. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered 22 to 27 minutes or until ravioli is tender and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
