1 bag egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cups tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
parsley, chopped, for garnish

How To Make easy cheesy beef pasta bake

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.

Step 2

Cook the noodles in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Add the ground beef into a large sauce pan. Brown the burger until no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Stir in the tomato sauce.
Step 3

Add the sour cream and cheeses. Cook until cheese is melted. Stir in the cooked noodles and add to a baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
