Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli florets
- 1-2 cup penne pasta
- 2 cloves garlic chopped fine or crushed
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- - extra garlic powder to taste
How To Make easy broccoli pasta

Step 1In a large pot boil water add pasta and chopped broccoli cook until pasta is aldente and broccoli is soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet add olive oil, (enough to coat all the pasta)and saute garlic until soft, do not brown.

Step 3Add the pasta and broccoli to olive oil and coat all the pasta. Add salt, pepper, a bit more garlic powder and parmasian cheese, toss and serve! (Add more cheese is desired, I always put more on mine once it is on the plate!)
