Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/4 lb
    bacon
  • 6-8 medium
    red pearl onions
  • 12 oz
    button mushroom,1/4ed
  • 1 tsp
    dried celery leaves
  • 2 clove
    garlic,chopped fine
  • 1 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1 pt
    light sour cream
  • 1/2 lb
    wide noodles,cooked well
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried chives

How to Make EASY BEEF STROGANOFF

Step-by-Step

  1. cut bacon into bite size pieces...add to lg fry pan cook and stir til well cooked and crisp...now add beef cook and stir til no longer pink add onion,garlic,celery and mushrooms[while this cooking... cook noodles...when they done drain well.. put back in pan ya boiled then in and add chives stir well]
  2. cook meat til veggies are soft and liquid come out of mushrooms... mix sour cream and smoke add to meat stir well
  3. divid noodles onto 4-6 plates top with meat mixture sometimes i put extra spoon of sour cream on eat plate serve and enjoy

    served this tonight with homemade cole slaw and green grapes
