4 ozwide rice noodles
1/2 cbrown sugar
1 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspsriracha sauce
4 clovegarlic minced
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
2 largeeggs beaten
·green onions and cilantro for garnish
How to Make Dragon Noodles
- Cook the noodles according to pkg directions drain and set aside.
- Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce and sriracha sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
- Add the butter to a large skillet or wok. Saute the garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add the beaten egg and cook until just set then turn off heat.
- Add the dragon sauce and noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve garnished with cilantro and green onions,
