Ingredients
- 4 ounces wide rice noodles
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 large eggs beaten
- - green onions and cilantro for garnish
How To Make dragon noodles

Step 1Cook the noodles according to pkg directions drain and set aside.

Step 2Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce and sriracha sauce together in a bowl and set aside.

Step 3Add the butter to a large skillet or wok. Saute the garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add the beaten egg and cook until just set then turn off heat.

Step 4Add the dragon sauce and noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve garnished with cilantro and green onions,
