Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans artichoke hearts (14 oz each), drained and chopped
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped small
- 15 ounces alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
How To Make double sauce spaghetti bake with artichokes

Step 1Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Drain.

Step 2Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Mix the ground beef mixture with the artichokes and 1 jar spaghetti sauce.

Step 3Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Pour half the second jar of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x15 baking pan. Place half of the spaghetti on top. Top with half the burger/artichoke mixture. Pour the jar of alfredo sauce on next and top with the fresh oregano. Top with half the mozzarella cheese. Add the remaining spaghetti then the remaining spaghetti sauce and the basil.

Step 4Add the remaining meat mixture. Then the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Place foil overtop and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes. Serve with some Parmesan, if desired.
