Dora's Shrimp Pasta

Tamara Bayne

This recipe was given to me by my friend Dora. It had no name, but it was a dish we had at her house so that is why I called it "Dora's Shrimp Pasta". I lost touch with Dora years ago, but have made this recipe many times, shared it just as many times and have even made it differently. But each time I have made or shared the recipe, have thought of that day at her house when she served this dish and shared her recipe.

1Prepare pasta according to package directions.

3Drain the pasta and vegetable mixture. Prepare the dressing if using the mix, and also add in the lemon juice and basil. Combine all the ingredients and slice tomatoes, add olives and Parmesan Cheese to taste.
