I got this one from a book of Diabetic recipes that a friend gave me, this is really tasty!

  • 8 oz
    dry pasta
  • 4
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 c
    italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Diabetic Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce


  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Put the pasta in the pot
  3. Cook 10 minutes, or until al dente
  4. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander
  5. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the tomatoes, Italian dressing, basil, red onion, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve
